d) Summer Camp 2010 Registration Fee – 2nd Deposit Due:

  1. Scouts - $50.00 (total of $100.00 thus far to qualify for the $20.00 discount)
  2. Adults - $20.00 (total of $60.00 thus far to qualify for the $5.00 discount)

Friday, February 26 – Sunday, February 28: Troop 61 Hotel Trip: Peak-N-Peak Ski Resort in Western New York state

a) Friday, 2/26 5:30 pm departure with return to Wooster on 2/28 afternoon
b) Travel to Peak-N-Peak for Snow Sports Merit Badge

a) Special Pre Summer Camp Meeting
b) Report to the Church House between 7:00 pm and 8:30 pm (time needed approximately 20 minutes)
d) Review the following:

  1. Summer Camp Fee Payments
  2. Summer Camp Physical Form and Medical Authorization Form
  3. Finalize Merit Badge Schedule if not already done
  4. Review your Merit Badge prerequisites and for First Aid Merit Badge your First Aid kit
  5. Bring your Pipestone Wood (bundled, tagged, and ready for inspection by the SPL)
  6. Pick up your Troop 61 Hat and Red& Green T-Shirts if needed
  7. Pay for your Troop 61 Group Photo and for the pizza for Thursday night at camp (fees to be determined)

Sunday, July 11: 10:00 AM at Cashland (806 East Bowman Street) - Leave for Summer Camp at 7 Ranges

a) Meet at 10:00 am at Cashland to prepare to leave for Summer Camp at 7 Ranges Scout Reservation
b) Class A Uniform (DO NOT FORGET YOUR PIPESTONE)
c) Depart at 10:30 am (SHARP) for Summer Camp at 7 Ranges Scout Reservation (7/11 – 7/17)
d) Return to Wooster on 7/17 by approximately 2 pm

c) Plan to Hike/Backpack the outer loop
d) Bring your pack (fully packed--approximately 25 lbs)
